The game is crashing or showing a black screen. What should I do? +

Please try the following standard Android diagnostic steps:

  • Restart your mobile device.
  • Clear the application cache (Settings > Apps > Crayon Sorter > Storage > Clear Cache).
  • Ensure your device OS version meets the minimum requirements listed on the Play Store page.

Are there in-app purchases in Nitro Sloth Games? +

Our current releases (like Crayon Sorter) do not contain paid in-app items. The game is free-to-play and supported by non-intrusive banner and interstitial advertisements integrated via AdMob.

Can I play Nitro Sloth Games offline? +

Yes! Crayon Sorter does not require an active internet connection to play. You can play all levels offline. However, loading advertisements (which help support the studio) or syncing Firebase analytics progress does require a network connection.

How can I request that my player data be deleted? +

We respect your privacy. Under our Firebase analytics framework, we only collect anonymous device configuration and gameplay events. If you wish to clear your local progress or remove anonymous logging IDs, simply uninstall the app or clear its App Data under Android settings. For inquiries, view our Privacy Policy.
