Welcome to Nitro Sloth Games! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, services, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services") provided by Nitro Sloth Games, a venture operating under holding entity Klyph OPC ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Licensing & Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download and play our mobile games (such as Crayon Sorter) on compatible mobile devices for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You agree that you will not:

Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble our source code or games.
Exploit bugs, distribute cheats, or create hacks for our Services.
Modify, reuse, or redistribute visual assets, sound designs, or branding trademarks.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to our Services, including but not limited to source code, artwork, character designs (including our jetpack sloth mascot), audio tracks, level blueprints, and brand trademarks, are owned by holding entity Klyph OPC or are licensed to us. These materials are protected by international intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees that our games will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of compatibility issues across all hardware configurations. In no event shall Nitro Sloth Games or parent Klyph OPC be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the Services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith discussion, and if unresolved, through arbitration or court proceedings in Chennai, India.
